A L Q A guarantees that all objects sold are as represented regarding authenticity and condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return costs.

Returns can be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase to obtain a Gallery credit valid for one year from the date of issue. Refunds will be made only in the event that the buyer has received a part that has been damaged during shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be made less a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee and shipping charges.

Credit card payments will be refunded to the customer's card within ten days of acceptance of the return.

Under certain conditions, A L Q A can accept a return more than 30 days after the sale date. A L Q A reserves the right to decide whether a return can be made or accepted 30 days after the sale.





Please note that occasionally a web sale will occur simultaneously with a gallery sale. If that happens, the gallery sale will be prioritized and the web sale will be void and the web customer's credit card will be refunded.
